We invite you to attend our next Sydney FC in Business event with distinguished keynote speaker, Ahmed Fahour (Managing Director and CEO, Australia Post). The Sydney FC squad will also be unveiled, including a Q&A with the Head Coach and our Captain as we launch the 2014/15 season.
Ahmed Fahour has broad experience as a management consultant and corporate leader – in Australia and internationally. Mr Fahour began his professional career at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he became a director and served on BCG’s International Partner Group. In 2000, he was recruited by Citigroup and moved to New York, where he worked as Head of Corporate Development and, later, as CEO of Citigroup Alternative Investments – as well as serving on the company’s Global Management Committee. In 2004, he joined the National Australia Bank (NAB) as an Executive Director and Australian CEO.
Since being appointed Managing Director and CEO of Australia Post in early 2010, he has been leading a major business transformation program, called Future Ready, which involves repositioning Australia Post to seize the opportunities of the digital economy.
