Sydney FC have confirmed three young Sky Blues will head out on loan for the upcoming season to gain valuable senior football and continue their development.
Striker Mitch Glasson, right back Zac De Jesus and centre half Aaron Gurd will depart temporarily to join clubs competing in the upcoming Australian Championship before returning once the their loan agreement concludes at the end of December.

De Jesus will join Wollongong Wolves while Glasson joins Marconi and Sydney Olympic has snapped up Gurd.
The loan opportunities will provide all three players with the chance to play regular competitive senior football while continuing their development away from the Sky Blues.
Sydney FC Head Coach Patrick Kisnorbo believes the moves will be beneficial for each player.

“These loans are a great opportunity for Mitch, Zac and Aaron to get valuable playing time over the coming weeks and months,” he said.
“They are all at stages of their careers where playing regular competitive football is extremely important and these moves will give them the chance to do that.
“We’ll be keeping a close eye on their progress and we look forward to welcoming them back to Sydney FC with even more experience and development under their belts.”

Glasson, De Jesus and Gurd will remain contracted Sydney FC players throughout their respective loan spells.
