It-s been smooth sailing so far for Sydney FC in its pre-season campaign, with the Sky Blues racking up six impressive wins in as many trial matches, but Vitezslav Lavicka-s men will face their biggest test yet this week when they line up for their next friendly, against former NSL side, Sydney United.

The highly anticipated clash with the State Premier League leader will be played at 7:30pm tomorrow night (Tuesday) at the Sydney United Sports Centre in Edensor Park, and will provide the perfect warm up for Sydney FC, which will have its first outing against Hyundai A-League opposition on Saturday night against the North Queensland Fury in Cronulla.

The Shark Park match will be the first chance for Sydney and its fans to see the competition newcomers in action, and with the Fury side stacked with former Sydney stars, it will also be the start of what-s sure to be a strong rivalry between the two clubs over the coming season.

Tickets for the Hyundai A-League friendly are selling fast and are available at all Ticketek outlets. Entry to the Sky Blues- trial against Sydney United is $10 for adults and $5 for children and concession holders, with seats on sale through the host club-s ticket office.
