Today we’re looking at the solid defensive stats of star Westfield W-League fullback Ally Green.

Season 2019/20 saw Green continue to rise among the Sydney FC ranks becoming a mainstay of the side, featuring in 10 out of 14 games as the Sky Blues finished as runners up in the 2020 Grand Final.  

Green made 20 clearances, two blocks and 13 interceptions, while also winning 57.7% of her tackles in a number of solid performances.

Green was also impressive going forward, completing 174 passes, while making 24 crosses from open play and earning one assist from her eight key passes.
