Reigning Westfield W-League Champions Sydney FC’s fixture away to Canberra United has been re-arranged for this Monday 13th January at McKellar Park as a 6pm kick off.
It means the Sky Blues will head to the nation’s capital for the first of two massive matches in the space of four days with 5th placed Brisbane Roar set to visit Leichhardt Oval on Thursday night (7.30pm kick off).
Head Coach Ante Juric said: “It’s going to be a big week of games and I’m looking forward to it, as are the girls.
“A couple of big performances and hard work can really set up our back end of the season, so it will be an exciting week.
“The fact we are supporting Rural Aid for fire-affected farmers, families and their communities makes the rounds so much more special and I hope to see as many people as possible at the games.”
Sydney FC supporters who purchased tickets for the original fixture should have received an email from Canberra United FC today, please contact Canberra United if you are now unable to attend the fixture.

Meanwhile Sydney FC’s Hyundai A-League match against Newcastle Jets will go ahead tomorrow night after fears surrounding air quality were allayed.
Officials at the Hyundai A-League will continue to monitor the situation over the next 36 hours however the weather forecast is expected to be good enough to allow the game to go-ahead.
