After winning the Championship in 2024, Sydney FC Women have been named the third best sporting club in the country.

Rankings consider rolling five year outcomes (2020-2024), for 12 unique sports comprising 24 competitions, including 11 women’s leagues, covering over 8,400 individual matches.
Having dominated the Ninja A-League for the last five years, they rightly take their place as the best football club in the country and were only beaten to the top spot by Penrith Panthers (NRL) who have won the last four Premierships and Brisbane Lions (AFLW) who came second in this seasons AFLW and have two Premierships to their name across the last five years.
Sydney FC Men took out this award in 2021 after sweeping all before them to win the Premiership and Championship in 2020 and coming runners up in 2021.
The winning club receives a $10,000 grant in recognition of their success and donate the winnings to a charity of their choice.
