Six Sydney FC players have been named in the Young Matildas U20’s squad for their PacificAus Sports Four Nations Tournament which will be held in Canberra during the FIFA International Break.
They will face the senior teams of Vanuatu & Solomon Islands and round up their tournament against the Thailand U20’s side.
Jasmine Black, Maddie Caspers, Indiana Dos Santos, Amber Luchtmeijer, Rubi Sullivan & Caley Tallon-Henniker make up the Sky Blue contingent of the 26 player squad who will be looking for valuable match minutes ahead of the AFC U20 Women’s Asian Cup Qualifiers which take place later this year.
All six will not miss any time with Sydney FC and will depart for Canberra after Saturday’s clash with Melbourne City and return in time for the match at Leichhardt Oval against Brisbane Roar in March.
