Sydney FC defender Seb Ryall says there won-t be any holding back against his former team mates when the Sky Blues face Western Sydney Wanderers this Saturday night.

Ryall is likely to come face to face with ex-Sydney FC striker Mark Bridge at Allianz Stadium but says there-ll be no easy ride for the two-goal Wanderers frontman.

“I won-t be holding back in a challenge if I-m up against Bridgey or whoever it is,” said Ryall.

“It-s a derby and that-s what-s expected in terms of tackles, they are going to be heated and there is going to be a lot of passion out there. I-m looking forward to it.”

Ryall opened his Sydney FC goalscoring account for the season in Sunday-s 2-1 win over Wellington Phoenix and the full back is hoping the atmosphere can help lift them to another win.

“It-s massive, especially for the fans. I think it-s going to be a really good game because both teams are on the back of a win.

“Everyone is up for it. We weren-t really getting the results in the last few weeks and now we-ve turned it around with a draw and a win. Another win can propel us into the top six.

“We can-t get ahead of ourselves, we did get the win but we have to work hard like we did last week and really train hard.”

Tickets for Saturday night’s epic derby clash with Western Sydney Wanderers are still available from ticketek starting from only $25 for adults. Kick off is 7:45pm with the W-League top of the table clash between Sydney FC and Perth Glory starting at 5pm.
