Ins & Outs | King returns for City clash

Steve Corica has named his side for the Isuzu UTE A-League Round Three clash with Melbourne City at AAMI Park on Friday night.

Having been ruled out since the last meeting with City, the 2023 Australia Cup Semi Final, Joel King returns to the squad having overcame his calf complaint.

The left back had started each match of the Australia Cup run and was unfortunate to miss out on the final as he watched from the sidelines with his side beating Brisbane Roar 3-1.

Also returning for this week is Corey Hollman who was forced out of the Big Blue and trip to Queensland with concussion. He has passed all relevant checks and is included in the 20 man squad for the journey to AAMI Park on Friday night.

Unfortunately, Jack Rodwell and Nathan Amanatidis still remain sidelined with injuries and continue to work their way back to fitness.
