Volleying Techniques
The aim of this exercise is to focus on striking the ball into the goal using different volleying techniques.
Bronze: Throw the ball up into the air, letting it bounce, followed by a strike in to the goal using your laces.
Silver: Use your thigh to cushion the ball, then as the ball lowers use the inside of your foot to strike the ball.
Gold: Strike the ball into the air with the inside of your foot, then strike the ball into the goal using your laces.
