Striking The Ball on Goal
The aim of this practice is to use different techniques to strike the ball into a target to score a goal.
Bronze: Using the inside of the foot to strike the ball on the ground into the corner of the goal to score.
Silver: Use the inside of the foot to strike the ball off the ground into the goal hitting the net on the full.
Gold: We use the top of the foot to strike the ball as hard as possible into either corner of the goal.
