Run with the ball to take on a defender

This exercise is designed to help you run with the ball to take on a defender and score on goal.

Bronze: Use the outside of your right foot, followed by the outside of your left foot to dribble in between the cones. As you reach the defender you will faint one direction to move the ball to the other side where you will strike the ball with the inside of your foot.

Silver: Use the inside of your right foot, followed by the inside of your left foot to dribble in between the cones. As you reach the defender you will faint one direction to move the ball to the other side where you will strike the ball with the inside of your foot.

Gold: Use the sole of your right foot, followed by the sole of your left foot  to dribble in between the cones where you then look to execute a stepover before moving the ball to the one side where you will strike the ball with your laces.
