The aim of this exercise is to strike the ball with the inside of your foot to a team mate or target with the right weight of pass.
Bronze: Strike the ball so it comes back at speed you can strike it again first time.
Silver: Striking the ball as soon as you have taken a touch across your body.
Gold: Striking the ball over a longer distance with both your left and right foot into a target.
