First touch moving away from the defender
The aim of this exercise is to develop different skills to get passed the defender with your first touch.
Bronze: As the ball lowers use your thigh to direct the ball past the defender.
Silver: Use the outside of your foot to direct the ball around the defender.
Gold: As the ball lowers use your laces to lift the ball over the defenders head. Then spin off the defender and as the ball lands control the ball away from the player.
