Go Back to Midfielders First Touch
The aim of this exercise is to take your first touch to allow you to strike the ball with your second or third touch.
Bronze: Your first touch is with your left and right foot.
Silver: You look to take your first touch with you back foot before passing with the opposite foot into the target.
Gold: Prior to receiving the ball you look over your shoulder and take your first touch that will allow you to pass quickly into the target.
