Our SAP Phase is bought to you by Sydney FC’s U20 Head Coach Howard Fondyke and Sydney FC’s Junior Academy Manager Nick Susko and their team of esteemed coaches.
Sydney FC will publish new skills videos regularly, building a hub of Sydney FC based skills training exercises.
This SAP Phase Hub will allow you to practice each of the four core skills: 1v1, Striking the Ball, Running with the Ball, First Touch specific to your position.
Plus, you’ll have the chance to start at bronze level and progress your skills forward to the gold level in each skill.
