OUR PROGRAMS
SKY BLUES IN SCHOOLS
Sydney FC work with over 100 schools each year to bring the excitement of football to students through our Sky Blues in Schools program. Led by accredited coaches, our School Programs are tailored to all ages and abilities and focus on the development of football skills and are delivered to meet the physical literacy continuum.
But it’s not just about football – it’s about building teamwork and confidence and promoting an active lifestyle to kids.
We offer flexible weekly or full-day programs that cost as little as $5 per student, per session.
Sessions can be run before, after or during school, all year round.

Sydney FC’s School Blitz is an exciting and interactive program designed to inspire the next generation of footballers right in their own playground.
As part of the program, a Sydney FC staff member will visit your school accompanied by one or more professional Sydney FC players.
It’s a unique chance for students to meet their football heroes up close and personal.
Students will:
- Hear firsthand stories from the players about their journey to becoming professional athletes
- Learn about the dedication, challenges, and successes involved in a career in football
- Have the opportunity to ask their own questions in a Q&A session

Sydney FC Empowers Me

Sydney FC is proud to introduce Sydney FC Empowers Me, a program designed for individuals with disabilities. This initiative creates inclusive sporting opportunities in partnership with schools like Victoria Avenue Public School, Caroline Chisholm, and Giant Steps.
The program features tailored activities that build confidence, resilience, teamwork, decision-making, and coordination, while incorporating literacy and numeracy skills through engaging Miniroos football games such as “Rob the Nest” and “Traffic Lights.”
Facilitated by former Pararoo athlete Ben Sutton, Sydney FC Empowers Me addresses the 33% participation gap for young people with disabilities. Research shows that 75% of Australians with disabilities want to engage in sports but face limited opportunities, and this program aims to change that.
Best of all, it is offered free of charge for schools, making it accessible for all.
Join us in fostering an inclusive sporting environment!
SKY’S HER LIMIT

Sydney FC is proud to introduce Sky’s Her Limit, a dynamic program designed specifically for girls in years 7 to 9. This initiative addresses the concerning trend of girls dropping out of sports during adolescence, with nearly 50% having stopped playing by age 17.
Sky’s Her Limit offers a full-day program held at participating schools and is facilitated by Sydney FC Women players.
The program blends both theory and practical elements, covering essential topics such as the benefits of sport, leadership skills, barriers to participation, and the impact of social media. Through engaging group bonding activities and fun football games, participants will not only enhance their skills but also learn strategies to remain active for life.
Best of all, the program is free for public schools, making it accessible for all. Join us in empowering the next generation of female athletes!
