The young Australian goalkeeper Tahlia Franco started her career in football playing for Earlwood in 2016 and 2017. The goalkeeper had already been part of the Junior Matildas squad, helping them claim the AFF U18 Women’s Championship, and she also helped win the AFC U20 Women’s Asian Cup Uzbekistan 2024 Bronze Medal. She joined Sydney FC in the 2022/23 season, helping the club win two A-League Championships titles. Tahlia made her debut in a 6-3 victory against Melbourne Victory.
