Sydney FC coach Vitezslav Lavicka believes he operates in a different way to the man he’ll be trying to out-think this afternoon, but is very respectful of Gold Coast coach Miron Bleiberg.

Sydney FC coach Vitezslav Lavicka believes he operates in a different way to the man he-ll be trying to out-think this afternoon, but is very respectful of Gold Coast coach Miron Bleiberg.

His opposite number had some strong words about Sydney and the referee after the Sky Blues last gasp win at the Sydney Football Stadium in early November, but Lavicka says it-s unlikely he would ever be as outspoken.

“That-s not my style talking about the opposition or the opposition coaches, that-s their decision and I respect it. I have sometimes different opinion but that-s life,” said the Sydney coach.

Sydney meet a Gold Coast side bottom of the ladder on five points but Lavicka believes they will still provide a tough test.

“When we analyse their style their game they are always very close to their opponent so maybe a little bit unlucky this season but they still have a good team.”
