A superstar in the making and boasting a skill set unseen before, Antonis showed glimpses of his huge potential in five games in 2011/12 before succumbing to a knee injury. One of Sydney FC’s most important players with his ball skills and control, vision and creativeness – all developed well beyond his youthful years. Antonis returned from injury in the 2013/14 season and marked his return with a well taken long range strike that proved the winner for the Sky Blues. His presence on the pitch proved to be a creative outlet for Sydney FC that the squad utilised game after game.
