Recently, Sydney FC A-League Men’s players, Andrew Redmayne and Jaiden Kucharski, visited Royal Rehab Ryde along with staff from Sydney FC Foundation, whilst being warmly welcomed by the Royal Rehab staff and patients.
The visit allowed Andrew and Jaiden to see the hardships that the patients have had to endure and are working to overcome. The Royal Rehab staff were able to showcase some of the amazing technologies being utilised within the facility to allow the patients to recover as best as possible.
Andrew Redmayne said, “It’s inspiring to witness the hard work that patients and staff go through and to see people out there supporting each other in overcoming injury and illness.
“It’s fantastic to see there is always a support network to help people live long, happy and prosperous lives whether they have a pre-existing condition or have been through a traumatic experience.”

Sydney FC Foundation, along with Sydney FC, regularly attend schools, community programs and many other initiatives for people within our Sydney FC Empowers Me, programs for people with disability, and Sky’s Her Limit programs, ensuring females are better equipped to overcome barriers for participation in sport.
These programs continue to ensure that the Sydney FC Foundation are providing accessible and meaningful programs in the community, increase the health and wellbeing of people within our heartland, along with positively shaping our club and our surrounding community’s future.
