“I can’t wait to work with Ante Juric and the rest of the squad — it’s an incredible group to be part of and I’m ready to give everything for the badge.”
Sydney FC Head Coach Ante Juric said Ayson’s signing adds further quality and depth to his squad.
“Madison is a talented centre-back who impressed last season in the A-League with her consistent and strong performances,” Juric said.

“She consistently demonstrates a high level of quality in all areas of the game. She will bring strength and composure to the team and our backline.
“In addition, her comfort on the ball provides us with valuable tactical flexibility.
“Madison will be a great addition to the squad as we strive for success this season.”
Ayson played 15 times for Canberra, scoring two goals and will join her new team-mates for the first time in mid-September for pre-season training, as the Sky Blues continue preparations for the 2025-26 campaign.
