Sydney FC will be cooking up a storm at the Sydney Football Stadium this Sunday as they put on a sausage sizzle to help raise funds for Football United.
Sydney FC will be cooking up a storm at the Sydney Football Stadium this Sunday as they put on a sausage sizzle to help raise funds for Football United.
The Sky Blues will donate $1 from every sausage sold to Football United.
The BBQ will begin at 3:30pm and will be located in the precinct area outside Gate A of the SFS.
“Football United is a tremendous initiative and one that Sydney FC takes immense pride in supporting,” Sydney FC CEO Edwin Lugt said.
“We are calling on all Sydneysiders to get to the Sydney Football Stadium on Sunday afternoon and grab a sausage sandwich to help us raise much needed funds for the Football United program.”
Football United uses the magic of Football to bring people together for the common goal of creating harmonious and cohesive societies and aims to build capacity of communities, and improve the skills of people, in diverse and disadvantaged areas that include high proportions of refugee, migrant and indigenous children, youths and families.
