Sydney FC began planning its title defence just days after being crowned Hyundai A-League 2010 champions.
After being crowned Hyundai A-League 2010 Champions just over a fortnight ago, Sydney FC coaching and operations staff could have been excused for having a well earned break.
While most are now enjoying some well deserved R and R, just two days after the winning the club-s second championship the entire Sky Blues coaching and football operations staff began discussions on season 2010/11.
Including Coach Vitezslav Lavicka, assistants Michal Zach and Tony Popovic, goal keeping coach John Filan, Head of Human Performance Craig Duncan, physiotherapist Stan Ivancic, new National Youth League coach Steve Corica, CEO Edwin Lugt and Head of Football Stefan Kamasz, the club completed a de-brief on the title winning campaign before turning their attention to the ensuing season.
Everything from training to equipment to travel to playing rosters was discussed.
Sydney FC has five positions to fill in its A-League squad and is searching the globe for players to bolster the teams ranks and compliment the many star players on the clubs roster.
