After overcoming Brisbane Roar 4-2 on Sunday afternoon, the Sky Blues have set up a meeting with SD Raiders in the Quarter Final.
The Southern Districts side took on Macarthur on Tuesday night at Fairfield Showground and with the scores locked at 0-0 after 90 minutes, extra time awaited. Macarthur scored first in the first 15 minute period and looked destined to head into the Quarter Final however an own goal levelled the game again and the match headed to penalties.
Luke Vickery missed the decisive spot kick and sparked crazy scenes as fans of SD Raiders piled onto the pitch in celebration after knocking off the Bulls.
SD Raiders will now host Sydney FC with match details for the clash still to be confirmed.
