Sydney FC has launched its 2015/16 Hyundai A-League Memberships with a raft of upgrades to ensure the best supporter experience possible.
Following the record breaking 2014/15 season, the Sky Blues are looking to go one better this season as Head Coach Graham Arnold enters his second year at the helm.
Sydney FC has introduced a new Membership portal to ensure supporting the Sky Blues and remaining loyal is as smooth as possible. With an easier to use website and a brand new renewal payment plan there is no reason why Sydney shouldn’t be Sky Blue this season.
The new look website will make life easier in viewing and selecting seats for Hyundai A-League Finals and Sydney Derby reservations.
Our brand new SkyBlueRenew Payment Plan allows Members to pay for their Membership over a 12 month period, and best of all, will renew a Member’s 2016/17 Membership automatically!! No need to call us, send in another form or log onto the website.
Sydney FC Chief Executive Officer Tony Pignata urged as many Members as possible to come on board and help achieve the target of 13,000.
“After the fantastic, record breaking support we received last year, we wanted to make our Memberships renewal process as simple to use and as easy to afford as possible, so we have invested in this new system to provide the best Membership experience we can,” he said
“We have a host of new initiatives on offer and I hope our valued Members will enjoy an improved service this season and beyond.”
The Sky Blues have also teamed up with Charity Partner Football United to offer a brand new Community Membership.
The new initiative will be a way for Members to assist underprivileged youths in becoming interested in football and being a part of the Sydney FC family.
Upon renewal or registration, Members will be asked if they wish to purchase a Community Membership. Sydney FC will charge $50 instead of the standard $70 for a Junior Membership and this Community Membership will be provided to someone under 17, chosen by Football United.
It will enable them to come to all Sydney FC home games for no charge and receive the Membership pack and all the other benefits of a Junior Membership.
“We pride ourselves on our involvement with our local community in Sydney and work tirelessly to engage with young people from all walks of life through our holiday clinics and our relationships with schools and the local football associations,” said Pignata.
“We hope this initiative will encourage more young people to become involved in football and also provide an avenue for those Members who want to help to grow the game.”
The Sky Blues CEO is also expecting another exciting year for the club.
“I’m confident season 2015/16 will be another successful campaign for Sydney FC,” he said.
“After breaking records last season, reaching the Grand Final, qualifying for the Asian Champions League and hosting two showpiece events against English Premier League opposition, there is no better reason to support the Sky Blues.
“I cannot wait for the season to start again and I look forward to seeing everyone back at Allianz Stadium on October 10 against Melbourne City as we go in search of silverware both at a domestic and continental level.”
The Sydney FC squad will return to pre-season training in mid-July before beginning their Westfield FFA Cup campaign begins away to Sorrento FC in August.
