We have made the difficult decision to postpone our Members’ Day planned for this Saturday due to the forecasted bad weather.
We understand this news is unfortunate as we looked forward to hosting our Members for a special day, including our first ever dual squad training session.
However, with the weather forecast looking gloomy we decided, in the best of interest of our Members, to postpone rather than providing a limited experience.
Chief Executive Officer Danny Townsend said: “We are disappointed to have to postpone the day but it would have been a big shame to have it ruined by the weather.
“We want to provide the best experience possible and have taken the decision to move the Members’ Day to November’s game-free weekend for our HAL and WWL squads.
“The new date of Sunday 18 November will hopefully be a much better day weather-wise and we hope to see you all on that date.
“We have also made the decision at the earliest opportunity to allow our Members as much time possible to make other plans.
“In the meantime, we focus on the huge Derby clash on October 27 and we hope to see you there!”
Further details for the re-arranged Members’ Day will be released closer to the date.
