Sydney FC CEO Dirk Melton will be joined by former Sydney Swans coach Paul Roos and former Sydney Kings basketball star Steve Carfino in Macquarie University-s inaugural Sports Partners Panel next Wednesday (31 August) evening.
The event will take place on 31 September at the Macquarie University Sports & Aquatic Centre.
The trio, representing sports teams and bodies who have partnerships with Macquarie University, will discuss and debate the question “Can You Buy Success?” with Channel Nine sporting personality Ken Sutcliffe hosting the evening.
Sydney FC has a partnership with Macquarie University, which includes the use of a full time training ground, pool and gym facilities and is committed to establishing close ties to the University.
The panellists will draw on the knowledge of their own clubs and own personal experiences in what is a great interactive opportunity for Macquarie University alumni, sports clubs and members of the local community.
