Canberra United await a big test of their top four credentials when Sydney FC arrive on Monday night (kick off 6.00pm AEDT).
Heather Garriock’s side were outclassed 4-0 by Western Sydney Wanderers and Melbourne City in their previous two encounters, and know a big performance is required if they are to bounce back against the reigning Champions.
Sydney FC responded from their derby humiliation to the Wanderers by accounting for Adelaide United 2-0 in Round 7 but will need to raise their standards against a Canberra team requiring a result to keep in touch with the top four.
