With the lockdown in full effect across Sydney, we’re finding out what the boys are getting up to at home….
Here’s Milos Ninkovic….
Stuck in lockdown, what have you been up to?
It’s very hard with three children when they aren’t going to school and have to do homework.
Novak is still a baby but it has been a bit easier now with training starting. It is what it is and the most important thing is to stay safe and hopefully the restrictions will finish soon.
How did you go with home schooling?
I tried one day of home schooling but it’s really tough. I don’t know how people do it. I tried to help my wife with my two girls but I think it’s better for me to take Novak and come back when they are finished.
I take him for football. He really likes it and I enjoy to play with him. He wants to play all day long and I can recommend he is a good player.
What’s your go to form of entertainment during lockdown?
We were watching the Olympics most of the time and also playing tennis outside and football.
Do you have any lockdown hacks to help you through this period?
I showed my daughter Angelina a few tricks to practice with the ball. It’s a good idea to kill the time and gets us through.
Got a recommendation for us to watch?
I’m not a big fan of movies etc. but my daughters love to watch it all day long and they go to bed a little bit later these days because of it.
How do you feel now the pre-season has started?
I’m really happy. I wanted to start two weeks earlier. I’m really excited and looking forward to the new season. Obviously the first few weeks are always tough but hopefully we are going to start our season soon.
