Sydney FC striker Adam Le Fondre says they’re out for revenge when they host the Western Sydney Wanderers next Saturday night in the #SydneyDerby.

The Sky Blues only defeat this season came against their bitter rivals but Le Fondre wants Sydney FC fans to pack out Netstrata Jubilee Stadium to witness the first #SydneyDerby at the ground, getting one back on them in the process.

“Our first game was probably one of the best we’ve played all season [against the Wanderers] but we didn’t get the result.

“I thought the fans were brilliant [against Brisbane] and we’ll go again next week and get revenge from last time,” he said.

The Englishman credited the fans for the ongoing support in all games, no matter the performance or result.

“They turned out in numbers again on a Friday night.

“It was very hot today too and to have a crowd like that it was fantastic and it was obviously nice to send them home with the three points,” he added.
