Ahead of a weekend away from home for both our Men and Women, both squads have been released with some key players making their return to action.
Men
After dropping down to ten men in a 2-0 loss to Macarthur last week, the Sky Blues are forced into one change with Andrew Redmayne suspended for one week, opening the door for Adam Pavlesic and Gus Hoefsloot to fight for that spot between the sticks.
Higher up the pitch though, Ufuk Talay will be happy to see Jack Rodwell, Jaiden Kucharski and Max Burgess all return to the 20 man squad following injuries.
Rodwell has been out since September and is a big inclusion for the Sky Blues with the wealth of experience that he has throughout his time in the UK at the highest level.
Max Burgess picked up a groin injury during the Round 2 clash against Brisbane Roar and has been sidelined ever since. He is yet to see minutes since the change of boss and will be itching to get back out there.
Jaiden Kucharski picked up a hamstring injury which ruled him out for two weeks after he burst onto the scene with a brilliant brace against Adelaide in Talay’s first match in charge.
Wataru Kamijo remains on the treatment table with a back complaint and is expected back in the new year.

Ante Juric has named a very similar side to the one that took on Newcastle Jets last weekend.
In the heat of Newcastle, Cortnee Vine returned from injury and appeared at the back post to tap in the winner and she remains in the squad for the journey to Perth this Sunday.
Teigan Collister, Sienna Saveska, Abbey Lemom and Indiana Dos Santos all come back into the 20 player squad with a decision on the 16 to be made shortly by Juric.
In the last meeting with Perth Glory, Indiana Dos Santos netted her first ever Liberty A-League goal and she will be hoping to do the same this time around.
Unfortunately, Lucy Johnson and Nat Tobin are still sidelined due to injuries with Johnson hopefully back in the next few weeks.
