Ante Juric and Ufuk Talay have named their extended squads for this weekend’s clashes with Perth Glory and Central Coast.

Men’s

Ufuk Talay is able to welcome back Alex Popovic to the extended squad this week after a groin injury kept him sidelined for Wednesday’s clash with Perth Glory.

Douglas Costa is the only injury concern for the Sky Blues as he nurses his hamstring back.

Costa is aided up during the Big Blue last year

Wataru Kamijo is also included in the 20 player squad for the visit of the Mariners as he waits for his Isuzu UTE A-League debut.

Unfortunately for Ante Juric, the injury list doesn’t get any lighter with a number of his stars out.

Hana Lowry and Kirsty Fenton remain out due to their ACL injuries, Shay Hollman is sidelined with a calf complaint along with Kyah Simon while Millie Farrow has a hamstring strain.

This brings Rubi Sullivan and Jasmine Black into the extended 18 player squad for the trip across to face Perth Glory.

Lucy Johnson will be looking for goals in back to back games after she brilliantly put it into the top corner against Melbourne City last week.
