Jaime Castaneda (@jamcas50) was on hand to capture training on Sunday with the players being put through their paces as preparations ramp up ahead of the 2018/19 season.

Initially working on their agility with a series of footwork drills involving different size hurdles, the squad broke off the play a half field game before breaking off again to play smaller sided games in a fun wind down to end the day.
