Former Newcastle Jets defender Adam D-Apuzzo will commence a one-week trial with Sydney FC today – Monday 28 March 2011.
The versatile 24-year-old will also play in the Sky Blues friendly match against the Rockdale City Suns at the Rockdale Illinden Sports Centre on Wednesday 30 March (7:30pm kick-off).
D-Apuzzo has played 102 games in the Hyundai A-League – all for the Jets. He has also represented Australia at the U23 level 10 times.
Sydney FC is looking to bolster its defensive stocks ahead of the 2011/12 A-League season.
