Here are some of the Membership FAQ’s ahead of the opening match of the Isuzu UTE A-League season:
Q. I haven’t received my Membership card
All those who purchased their Membership prior to the 14th September received an email on 15th September with an electronic Membership Card. The title of this email is “Your access to the next game is attached” and comes from the Sydney FC Member Shop. NOTE: There may be more than one card on the attachment.
For those who purchased their Membership after the 15th of September, the electronic Membership Card will be sent within three days following the purchase.
Q. I won’t receive my Membership card in time.
For those who haven’t received their Membership Card in time, they can still attend this Saturday’s Big Blue. If any card issues arise, Members are encouraged to visit the Sydney FC Member window which is located in the Gate 3 Box Office, where the Membership Team will be able to assist.
Q. I don’t have a printer, will my electronic card scan?
The electronic Membership Card will scan on a mobile device. When scanning through the gates, ensure that the brightness is high and the Membership Card is the PDF form. Screenshotting the card will lower the quality and increase the chance of it failing to scan on arrival. Ensure that you have access to the front of the card to show stadium staff your allocated seating area.
Q. I haven’t got any email but I ordered my Membership more than three days ago.
For those who have purchased Memberships and should have received their card but haven’t, they are encouraged to visit our Membership and Ticketing Team which will be located outside Gate 3.
Q. Where can I purchase my Merchandise?
Merchandise stalls will be available throughout the stadium allowing Members to purchase the latest Sydney FC gear.
Outlets will be located outside the NRL building, inside Gate One and outside Gate 5 on the Eastern Side.
Remember, Members can show their electronic or physical Membership Card and receive 10% off merchandise purchases.
