Could your team win the Sydney FC Cup?
We are excited to confirm the Sydney FC Cup will be back again, bigger than ever in 2025!
In it’s fixth year, the tournament will see the competition split over two weeks with the best sides in mixed JDL and GJDL battling it out at our new Centre of Excellence in July.
Across the two days, teams will play a minimum of 6 round robin games, with the winners of the prestigious trophy decided in a thrilling finals series.
Sydney FC Academy staff will be on hand to spot talented youngsters who shine across all age groups in the tournament.

Dates:
GJDL – Thursday 10th & Friday 11 July
JDL – Thursday 17 & Friday 18 July
Entry open to:
GJDL – GJDL – Under 10/11s (2014/15 Born), Under 12/13s (2012/13 Born)
JDL – Under 11, (2014 Born) JDL players Under 12 (2013 Born) JDL players.
Times: Games will be played from 9am-5:30pm each day, with teams receiving the draw closer to the date.
Match Details: Clubs will play a minimum of 6 (depending upon qualification) across the two days, with matches lasting 30 minutes. (2 x 15 mins halves)
Team details: Each JDL and GJDL licensed team can enter up to two teams in each age group.
GJDL teams can register a minimum of 10 maximum and 15 players.
JDL teams can register a minimum of 10 and maximum 12 players.
Players are not interchangeable between teams from the same club.
Price: Team entries will cost $1,500
The Sydney FC Cup registration fee includes:
- Two full days of football action
- Opportunity to be crowned the best U10/11s & U12/13s GJDL, or, U11, U12s JDL teams in Sydney, including prizes from Sydney FC sponsors.
- Potential to be identified by Sydney FC Academy staff.
