Across the course of the year, Sydney FC proudly partners with eight community football associations to engage and deliver experiences for local participants from our heartland in Sydney, creating a stronger connection between grassroots players and the A-League Men & Women.
Each partnership is bound by an MOU encompassing five key pillars:

TOBIAS HOWARD
NORTH FAN ENGAGEMENT OFFICER
Hi, I’m Tobias. I am the North Development Officer at Sydney FC, working across the Northern Suburbs, North West Sydney, and Manly Warringah to support the growth of grassroots football. Having grown up in the Northern Suburbs, it’s really rewarding to work with the same clubs and associations that have been a part of my own journey in football so far.
My role is all about making football fun and memorable as well as creating emotional connections with Sydney FC. From running Holiday Clinics, Skills and In-Club Programs to supporting clubs in building strong community connections by getting groups of junior players out to our games for unforgettable matchday experiences that bring them closer to the club and the sport.
I’m passionate about creating positive experiences for young players and helping connect more people to the most successful professional football club in the country.
ABBEY HARRISON
CENTRAL FAN ENGAGEMENT OFFICER
Hi, I’m Abbey and I’m the Central Fan Engagement Officer for Sydney FC. My role involves working closely with local football associations and grassroots clubs across the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West. My aim is to inspire, grow, and develop the next generation of aspiring footballers and Sydney FC fans within my footprint.
I’m passionate about providing memorable experiences and emotional connections through the delivery of our community programs. Whether it’s through holiday clinics, skills training programs, game day opportunities, player appearances, or club events, I strive to ensure that every interaction leaves a positive impact and strengthens the bond between Sydney FC and our community.
Mia Murarotto
SOUTH FAN ENGAGEMENT OFFICER
Hi, I’m Mia, the South Fan Engagement Officer.
A key part of my role is connecting Sydney FC with its community of supporters across the South Sydney region. My role involves delivering experiences that build stronger bonds between fans, the club and the associations, from game day experiences and grassroots programs to community events. I work closely with local football associations, clubs and schools to grow Sydney FC’s presence at the community level and ensure fans of all ages feel part of the Sky-Blue family.
I’m passionate about being able to create positive experiences that connect people to the club. It is rewarding to be able to work with local clubs, schools, and associations to help grow football at the grassroots level.
