Mr Michael Crismale as a Foundation Shareholder re-joined the Board of Sydney FC in 2012 having been Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer when the Club was launched in 2005 for a number of years.
Michael is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Directors and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has an extensive career and background in corporate accounting, taxation, business strategy, specialising in sport administration, “not for profit” and corporate governance.
He is the Executive Chairman and Founder of Matrium Technologies (a leading telecommunications & network solutions retailer), Non-Executive Chairman of Emjay Insurance Brokers (insurance and risk management) and JSA Financial Services (financial planning and investment advice) and an Independent Director of Stage, Inc (an entertainment technology company and creator of virtual platforms for live concerts and events).
Michael offers a broad knowledge of sports administration as former Chairman of the Australian Turf Club, a Director of Surf Lifesaving Australia, and through his current roles as an Independent Director of Racing New South Wales and Trustee of the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust.
