The Sydney FC Foundation and world renown creative architectural company Stadiums For Ants are set to embark on a major fundraising campaign after securing a partnership which will excite Sky Blues Members, fans and football fans across Australia.
Plans for the charitable push will be revealed in the coming weeks and are due to coincide with Sydney FC’s massive season opener at the new Allianz Stadium against Melbourne Victory on October 8th.
Stadium For Ants Founder, David Resnik says both are parties looking forward to the huge potential of the partnership.
“I want to express our excitement for the chance to work with Australia’s most successful football club and I have great belief in our ability to achieve some fantastic outcomes together.
“Homecomings are always special, and the Sky Blues return to the Sydney Football Stadium is something worthy of celebration, and we are thrilled to play a role in the festivities.”
Sydney FC Foundation Chair Jenny Abood believes Sky Blues Members will get behind the fundraising campaign once the plans are announced.
“This is a project we have been working on for a while and I’m delighted we’ve reached agreement with Stadiums For Ants the upcoming season.
“After seeing Stadiums For Ants’ work with the Johan Cruyff Foundation and Rangers Charity Foundation, we saw this opportunity as being too good to miss.
“I look forward to being able to share more information about the campaign in the coming weeks and I think it will provide our Members with a lot of intrigue,” she added.
