Your Clinic Membership Explained

Did your child receive a Clinic membership? Here’s everything you need to know.

What is a Clinic Membership?

A Clinic Membership is provided to participants of Sydney FC’s Holiday Clinics and Skills Training Programs. It grants your child free Bronze General Admission to three Sydney FC Men’s home games in the Isuzu UTE A League Men’s Competition. The specific games are chosen by Sydney FC and will be communicated to you via email.

When do I receive it?

The club will email you a PDF Member card 7-14 days before the first game in your Membership.

How do I use it?

To use the Membership, either print the PDF or have it open on your phone when you arrive at the game. Scan it at the gate to get free entry for your child.

To attend the game with your child, purchase a Bronze General Admission ticket. You can access a 10% discount on tickets by entering your child’s Member number in the password field on Ticketek (this can be found on your child’s Member card).

But make sure you get in quick to avoid disappointment. General Admission tickets are limited and may sell out, especially for a Sydney Derby!

Why did I not receive a Clinic Membership when I signed up my child for a Holiday Clinic/ Skills Training Program?

Clinics Memberships are not included in registrations for registrants who use a discount at checkout, including the Sydney FC Member discount.

Can I attend a different game instead?

The games included in the Membership are selected by Sydney FC and allocated according to the Clinic your child attended. They and are non-transferable to ensure access is available for all Clinic Members. If any changes occur to scheduled matches or your child’s entitlements, the updated games will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

A card I was expecting didn’t arrive?

If your child has been previously registered in our system, then the card may have been sent to the parent who first registered the child for a Holiday Clinic or Skills Training Program. Check with them if they received the card, and speak to the Sydney FC team if you need your contact details changed.
