Sydney FC EA SPORTS FC26 Membership Push Competition
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Sydney Football Club Pty Ltd (ABN 41 110 877 668) (“Sydney FC”), in partnership with Electronic Arts Inc. (“EA SPORTS”) and Xbox ANZ (“Xbox”).
2. Promotion Period
The competition commences at 9:00am AEDT on 7 October 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 20 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents only.
Employees and immediate families of Sydney FC, EA SPORTS, Xbox, and any associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
Sydney FC reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter the competition:
General Entry (Tier 2 & Tier 3 Prizes)
- Visit the official competition landing page at https://sydneyfc.com/membership-competition during the Promotion Period.
- Complete and submit the entry form.
- Tick the marketing opt-in box.
Bonus Entries can be earned by:
- Following Sydney FC on Instagram and/or TikTok.
- Sharing the competition post to your Instagram Story and tagging @sydneyfc.
Hero Prize Entry (Membership Exclusive)
- Purchase a Sydney FC 2025/26 Membership, or
- Already an existing Sydney FC 2025/26 Member.
Eligible members are automatically entered into the Hero Prize draw.
5. Prizes

- 1x Sydney FC Signed Xbox Series X + EA SPORTS FC26 Ultimate Xbox Code
- 2x Sydney FC Custom Wrapped Xbox Controllers + EA SPORTS FC26 Ultimate Xbox Codes (one per winner)
- 1x Signed 2025/26 Sydney FC Home Jersey + EA SPORTS FC26 Ultimate Xbox Code
- 1x Signed 2025/26 Sydney FC Away Jersey + EA SPORTS FC26 Ultimate Xbox Code
Tier 2 Prizes

Tier 3 Prizes
- 10x EA SPORTS FC26 Standard Edition Xbox Codes (1 per day while promotion runs)
Prize values are approximate and correct at the time of publication.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
- All prize draws are random.
- The Tier 2 & Tier 3 draws will take place on 20 October 2025.
- The Hero Prize draw will also occur on 20 October 2025 from all eligible membership purchases.
- Winners will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw.
- Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize, otherwise the prize will be forfeited, and a redraw will occur.
- Sydney FC’s decision is final and binding.
7. Promotion & Publicity
By entering, participants agree that Sydney FC, EA SPORTS, and Xbox may use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation, in any media, worldwide.
8. Privacy
By entering, entrants consent to Sydney FC collecting, storing, and using their personal information to administer the competition and for future marketing communications.
All personal information will be handled in accordance with Sydney FC’s Privacy Policy, available at https://sydneyfc.com/privacy-policy.
9. General Conditions
- Sydney FC reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition at any time.
- Sydney FC accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
- Sydney FC is not responsible for any technical malfunction or failure preventing participation.
- Any attempt to tamper with the entry process will result in automatic disqualification.
- Printing or typographical errors do not invalidate otherwise valid entries.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sydney FC, EA SPORTS, Xbox, and related agencies are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising in any way from participation in this promotion or the use of any prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
12. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
