Day 2: High Performance strategies
- 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Recap of Day 1 and Setup for Day 2
- 9:30 AM – 10:45 AM: Managing Conflict in Teams
- 10:45 AM – 11:00 AM: Morning Break
- 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Building a High-Performance Culture
- 12:00 PM – 12:45 PM: Lunch Break
- 12:45 PM – 1:30 PM: Strategies for Sustaining High Performance, including developing personal and team strategies for peak performance.
