Running with the Ball free enough to shoot
This exercise is designed to help you turn away from the defender with your back to goal prior to running with the ball to get free enough to shoot.
Bronze: Use the inside of the right/left foot to turn and run with the ball at the defender before moving the ball away to shoot.
Silver: Stepping over the ball and dragging it back to run with the ball and perform the double step over to take on the defender and shoot.
Gold: Start with studs on the ball, drag back and use the inside of the foot to start running with the ball before performing the rainbow flick over the defender before shooting.
