The Sydney FC program at Endeavour is fully integrated into the existing curriculum with students participating in three training sessions per week embedded into their weekly timetable. The staff consists of a full time Sydney FC staff coach supported by a director of football, director of sport, high performance manager and teachers who are also qualified coaches.

The school also participates in sanctioned high school football and futsal competitions and has a dedicated physiotherapy provider.
