The date, time and venue for Sydney FC’s hotly anticipated Westfield FFA Cup clash against Wollongong Wolves has been confirmed with the match slated to be held on the final Round of 32 match day.
Piitted against the PlayStation 4 NPL NSW Men’s 1 side, the Sky Blues will contest the cup clash on Wednesday 10 August at WIN Stadium, Wollongong (kick off 7:30pm) in front of what’s expected to be a bumper crowd, with the game also set to be broadcast LIVE & EXCLUSIVE on FOX SPORTS.
It’ll be a familiar encounter for the two sides, with the Wolves and Sky Blues meeting most recently in September 2015 in a preseason clash that saw Sydney FC triumph 4-0 with current Sky Blues Shane Smeltz and Filip Holosko amongst those on the scoresheet.
