MONDAY
Sydney FC’s Hyundai A-League squad return to training as preparations commence for Sunday’s clash at Leichhardt Oval against the Mariners. The Sky Blues resume training following a day off on Sunday to recover from the last week’s trip to Queensland.
No rest for the Sky Blues’ Westfield W-League squad. Fresh from reaching their second consecutive Grand Final, the squad return to Sydney on Monday before going through an even training session at Macquarie University Sports Fields.
The Sky Blues’ NPL sides also resume training at 8am following their Sunday off.
TUESDAY
It’s another morning session for the Hyundai A-League squad as they look to beat the heat by starting training an hour earlier than normal.
Following training it’s time for some fun as a number of the players stick back on the training pitch for some content production, including a cross bar challenge and more. Stay tuned to see what they get up to!
The Westfield W-League squad continue their Grand Final preparations with an evening training session, setting their sights on the weekend’s home decider.
The NPL squads continue their early sessions with another 8am start in the morning sunshine.
WEDNESDAY
A quiet day for the Sky Blues, with the Hyundai A-League, Westfield W-League and NPL sides all enjoying a day off.
THURSDAY
Sydney FC’s Hyundai A-League squad get to grips with their new home, as they squad go through their paces at Leichhardt Oval in a familiarisation session.
The Westfield W-League squad continue their Grand Final preparations, returning to training at Macquarie University Sports Fields with an evening session.
The NPL sides also return to training with another am session at Sky Blues’ HQ.
FRIDAY
The Hyundai A-League squad return to Macquarie University Sports Fields as preparations continue for Sunday’s home clash at Leichhardt Oval against the Central Coast Mariners.
The Westfield W-League squad complete their preparations for Saturday’s decider as they go through their final training session at Macquarie University Sports Fields, while there’ll be pre-match media for Head Coach Ante Juric with the official Westfield W-League Grand Final pre-match press conference.
The NPL squad go through another morning run as they fine tune everything ahead of their trial game on Saturday.
SATURDAY
It’s Westfield W-League Grand Final day! The Sky Blues face Perth Glory at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium in the 2019 decider (kick off 4:30pm AEDT). Be there to back your Sky Blues as we go after silverware in Kogarah.
The Sky Blues’ Hyundai A-League squad finalise their preparations for Sunday’s home clash at Leichhardt Oval while the NPL squad face Sutherland Sharks at Seymour Shaw in a pre-season trial.
SUNDAY
It’s Game Day in the Hyundai A-League as your Sky Blues face the Mariners at Leichhardt Oval (kick off 5pm AEDT). Be there to back your Sky Blues in a family fun afternoon out in the Inner West.
For Sydney FC’s Westfield W-League squad, there’ll hopefully be title celebrations kicking on while the NPL side have the day off following their game on Saturday.
