Sydney FC is continuing its climb towards record territory, with the club today surpassing the membership mark of 6,340 set last season in version three of the Hyundai A-League.
Less than three weeks out from the start of this year-s competition the club-s membership base is continually increasing, and the traditional rush of subscriptions is underway in the count-down to Sydney-s round one clash, at home against the Melbourne Victory on Saturday, August 16.
Sydney FC CEO, Stefan Kamasz says he-s thrilled at passing last year-s mark, and is calling on Sydney FC fans who-ve not yet joined the cause to act now to become members, and secure their seats for what-s expected to be one of the club-s most successful ever seasons.
“It-s great to see the supporters getting on board, and with seats selling fast I encourage all lapsed members and those considering joining up to get in now to ensure they can be part of something big this season,” said Kamasz.
A range of Sydney FC membership packages can be purchased, with details available on the membership page of the club-s website.
