Sydney FC has re-signed existing corporate partner De Lorenzo Haircare as the club’s Hyundai A-League back of shorts sponsor for the Hyundai A-League 2015-16 season.
De Lorenzo Haircare are one of Australia’s largest producers of haircare products and have become loyal supporters of Sydney FC, joining the Sky Blue Club, attending non match-day business functions and sponsoring the Westfield W-League Player of the Year award.
Having originally become the shorts and sleeve sponsor for our Westfield W-League team in season 2013/14, De Lorenzo also signed a two year deal to become the W-League side’s back of shirt sponsor at the start of last season.
The haircare experts then came on board with the Hyundai A-League corporate scene in November 2014 and will continue their relationship for another season.
Sydney FC Chief Executive Officer Tony Pignata said he was pleased to be extending the relationship the Sky Blues enjoy with De Lorenzo.
“De Lorenzo are a fantastic Corporate Partner of ours and we are delighted to be extending our relationship,” he said.
“They have become involved in many aspects of our club and engage with us regularly on numerous projects and functions so I’m very pleased they have had the confidence to stay on board.”
Chris De Lorenzo, Director of De Lorenzo Haircare, said he is hopeful of another successful season for the Sky Blues in season 2015/16 following on from the Asian Champions League qualification.
“We have thoroughly enjoyed being part of the Sydney FC family and are thrilled to be continuing to be part of the club,” he said.
“Reaching the Finals Series and making it to the Grand Final was a huge highlight for us and to see the club in the Asian Champions League will be fantastic.
“The games against Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea were the icing on the cake and we feel De Lorenzo will continue to reap the benefits of our exposure with the club in both the Hyundai A-League and the Westfield W-League.
“It’s going to be another very exciting year.”
De Lorenzo’s logo will be present on the club’s new playing kit once it is revealed next month.
