Sydney FC continues to expand its influence across Asia, with a dedicated focus on nurturing young talent and empowering coaches in the region.
Head of Academy Nick Susko and Head of Fan Engagement Howard Fondyke have embarked on a significant initiative in Singapore, conducting coaching clinics and educational sessions aimed at developing the country’s emerging football stars.
During their visit, Susko and Fondyke have engaged with a diverse group of ages and genders, working closely with over 160 enthusiastic boys and girls over the past week.
In addition to their coaching roles, Fondyke was a keynote speaker at the prestigious SportsPro Conference held at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. Addressing an audience of local business leaders, he outlined Sydney FC’s innovative strategies for fan engagement, underscoring the club’s commitment to building robust connections with the football community.
This initiative not only highlights Sydney FC’s dedication to fostering football talent across borders but also underscores its role as a global ambassador for the sport. As the club continues to make strides in Asia and beyond, it remains steadfast in its mission to elevate football standards and inspire the next generation of players and coaches worldwide.
